Marin Mazzie, a Tony Award nominee for her performances in Kiss Me, Kate, Ragtime, and Passion, died September 13, surrounded by her family and friends, at 57 following a three-year battle with ovarian cancer. She was last seen on Broadway in 2015 in the revival of The King and I.

Ms. Mazzie's myriad credits also included star turns in Spamalot, Man of La Mancha, and Bullets Over Broadway, as well as Broadway's Next to Normal, in which she shared the stage with her husband, Jason Danieley. Even after being diagnosed with cancer in 2015, she continued to perform, including in several concert engagements with Danieley.
