Performances begin at the St. James Theatre February 22.
The much anticipated Frozen will begin performances at Broadway’s St. James Theatre February 22, 2018, prior to an official opening March 22. The show stars Caissie Levy as Elsa, Patti Murin as Anna, Jelani Alladin as Kristoff, Greg Hildreth as Olaf, John Riddle as Hans, and Robert Creighton as Duke of Weselton.
Tony winner Michael Grandage directs the musical, which features a book by the 2013 film's screenwriter and co-director Jennifer Lee and a score by the Oscar-winning songwriters of the movie, husband-and-wife team Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez. Tony winner Rob Ashford will choreograph.

The cast of "Frozen" celebrated the movie's success with a live performance at Los Angeles’ Vibrato Grill Jazz club on Feb. 9. Idina Menzel (voice of Elsa), Kristen Bell (voice of Anna), Josh Gad (voice of Olaf) and Santino Fontana (voice of Hans) took the stage, accompanied by a live orchestra, to perform songs from the film, including the Oscar-nominated "Let It Go." On March 31, MCC presented Miscast, an annual benefit in which Broadway stars perform songs from musical roles which they would be very unlikely to land in real life. This year's event honored Allison Janney and was hosted by Victor Garber at the Hammerstein Ballroom at the Manhattan Center. Performers included Sasha Allen singing from Jersey Boys, Joey Taranto singing from Funny Girl and Nicole Parker singing from The Book of Mormon.
