The twice-extended world premiere of White Noise, a new drama by Pulitzer Prize winner Suzan-Lori Parks, opened at The Public Theater March 20. Helmed by Artistic Director Oskar Eustis, the new play looks at race, friendship, and our rapidly unraveling social contract.
In White Noise, four long-time friends navigate a racially motivated incident with the cops that leaves one of them shaken. The cast is made up of Hamilton Tony winner Daveed Diggs, Sheria Irving (Romeo and Juliet on Broadway), Thomas Sadoski (Life in Pieces), and Zoë Winters (Last Match).
White Noise is playing through May 5. Read reviews for the production below.
