The Shubert Organization, Inc. has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant at its busy Telecharge call center. Hours are 10am-6pm, M-F. Job duties focus on general administrative functions including phone support, document management/scanning, assignment and maintenance of call center phone equipment, sorting and distribution of interoffice correspondence as well as weekly paychecks, support of the management team as well as the Human Resources dept regarding employee matters, maintaining four weekly reports, maintaining the employee photo id system and correspondence with the building management regarding facility issues.
Qualified candidates should have previous administrative experience, PC literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
